Our Intuit QuickBooks integration lets you push completed time entries directly from Tail AI into QuickBooks — keeping billing and accounting in sync without any manual data entry.
How It Works
- Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your QuickBooks account with one click
- Click "Sync Clients" to pull your QuickBooks customers into Tail AI
- When you're ready to bill, click "Sync Time Entries" to push all completed time logs directly to QuickBooks
- Only time logs marked as complete with actual time spent are synced — no partial or in-progress entries
- Add an employee called "Tail AI" in QuickBooks — all synced time charges will be assigned there and can be reassigned as needed
